Library Services Offered:

Circulation

Books and videos circulate for 4 weeks.

A one month renewal of materials is possible by phoning or emailing the library. Books overdue by 28 days after the due date are assumed lost. The library reserves the right to assess lost material charges if items are not returned due to the limited print runs of many mountaineering books in the collection and other unique features of this special AAC collection. If we are unable to collect the lost book or video charges for any reason, a member or Library Friend immediately loses library privileges and will also lose his/her membership.

There is no charge for materials circulated in person.

Books and videos may be mailed to out-of-town members and Friends. Patrons are responsible for postage and insurance when returning the items. Expedited mail service may be requested and must be paid for by the patron.
